How can I Clone a case?
Within i-map you may have a client that brings you regular business so rather than typing out the clients information again you can clone the case and just change
the Loan details.
1. Go into the Cases screen.
2. Select the case that you want to clone.
3. Click on the clone button shown below.
4. This will then ask what type of case you want the copied case to be, whether its a Mortgage,
Secured Loan or Commercial Loan.
5. This will then clone the case giving a new reference number.
6. Change the loan details within the case so that it matches the new enquiry.
