How can I find out what contact history I have had with one
of my brokers?
If you want to see a report of what contact you have had
with one of your brokers then follow the steps below.
1. Click on the Brokers button on the main i-map screen.
2. Select the broker that you would like to see the contact history for. You can find the broker by either
navigating through the brokers using the
navigation buttons or by clicking the Search button.
3. Select the broker that you want to see the contact history for.
4.Select Reports.
5. Select Contact History, as shown below.
6. This will then produce a graph of all the contact you have had to the broker.
