Why can't I access the Remortgages page within a case?

When I try to access the Remortgages page (Section H) it flags up an error message as shown below.

1. Click back to the Enquiry screen.
2. Make sure that the Type of Mortgage is set to Remortgage

3. Click out of the case and go back into it.
4. Go into the Applicants details and select the Remortgages page.
