I can't see the check for updates option?
When you click the Maintenance drop down menu if you are a Super user then you will be able to see the
Check for Updates option. If this option is not there then your i-map user account is not set to Super user.
Follow the steps below to allow yourself to be a Super user.
1. Login to i-map as Sysadmin.
2. Click on the Maintenance drop down menu.
3. Select Users and Groups.
4. Click on the group that corresponds to you i.e.
Management.
5. Click on your name within the group. This will open a window as shown below.
6. At the bottom of this window there is a section called Flags. Within this section there
is a tick box called Superuser.
7. Make sure this tick box is ticked.
8. Click the Save button. This will then save the Super
user status to your user account.
9. Next time you login your user status will be Super user so you will be able to run the Check for updates option.
