How can I add a new user to my i-map system?
1. Load up your i-map system.
2. Go into the Maintenance option on the main i-map screen.
3. Click on the option called Users and Groups.
4. A new window will open, as shown below.
5. Right click on the group that you want to enter the user into i.e.
if you want to enter a new user into the sales team click on the sales option. But if there is not a group that corresponds to
your new user then right click on the Home folder and click to Add Group.
6. Once you have right clicked on the group you want, select the Add User option.
7. Fill in the new user's details. Such as Surname, Forename, Username, password, etc.....
8. Select what privileges you want to give the user. This is located in the Flags section.
So here you can assign if you want the user to be a Super User.
9. Then click to Save. This will save the user's details and they will be able to login to i-map using their username and password.
