How can I delete a broker and reassign any cases they have to another broker?
1. Login to i-map as a Superuser, i.e. login as Sysadmin.
2. Select the Broker screen.
3. Find the broker that you would like to delete. You can do this by either clicking the navigation bars or by selecting the search option and search for the broker.
4. Click the Delete button. The delete button is the button with the blue
cylinder with the red cross next to it.
5. A message will appear asking do you want to reassign this brokers cases, click Yes.
6. A search window will then appear with all your brokers within it.
7. Select the broker that you want to reassign the case to.
8. Click Ok once you have selected the broker.
9. A message will appear telling you that the cases have been reassigned.
