Why can't I generate letters?
If you can't generate letters to send out to the enquirer you might not have the right software installed on your machine.
1. Make sure your computer has Microsoft Word installed on it.
2. If you have Microsoft Word already installed on your machine then open up Word.
3. Once a new Word Document has opened click on the Help menu option.
4. Then click on the Detect and Repair.
5. A command box will appear asking if you want to repair this program, you should click Start.
6. This will detect any errors within the Microsoft Word Software.
