When I send to the packager an error message appears saying Casequery can't locate field "S".
1. Click to open your i-map software.
2. Login as a Super User, for example Sysadmin.
3. Click Maintenance on the main i-map screen.
4. Select the Check for updates option.
5. This will update your software.
6. If you send the case to your Packager now the case will be sent.
