I have put an offered date into my case but when I filter by case status the case does not appear with the offered cases.
When you enter a date to show the case has been offered you must make sure the case has been made live. Although the case has been offered when you
filter your cases in the case screen this case will still display as an enquiry because the Make Case Live button has not been clicked.
1. Go into the case that you want to be offered.
2. Click the Make Case Live button, this is shown below.
3. Enter the Offered date.
4. Go back to the cases screen and select the Show Status filter.
5. Make sure all the other filters are set to All.
6. You should now see your case.
