How can I make a document so that it is always required in the case processing screen?

In the case processing screen many documents are already required when the user first starts the case. To change what documents are required just follow the steps below.

1. Login to i-maps
2. Click the Maintenance drop down menu.
3. Select the Documents option.
4. This will open up the maintenance option for the documents. Within this screen you can add, delete and modify documents. You can also state whether you want the document to be required or not.
5. The drop down menu called Add Automatically is the option that makes the document always be required. This is shown below.

6. Within this menu you can decide whether you want the document to be Required, Not Required or On Hold. Below is a key showing the different colours for whether a document is required or not.

7. Once you have chosen whether you want the document to always be automatically added if you start a new case and go into the case processing screen the document will be red as it is required.
