How can I add a lender that my packager already has?
If your packager has a lender that you want to add to your i-map system then just follow the steps below.
1. login into i-maps
2. Click on the Maintenance drop down menu.
3. Select the Synchronise Lenders option. This will then import all the lenders that your packager has.
4. Now go into a case.
5. Click the Lender drop down menu.
6. The lender that you wanted to add will now be in your list of lenders. Just click on the lender
and you will notice that a button appears with your packagers logo on it.
This means you can send the case through to your packager using this lender.
